One to one tuition can be specified by any customer as a preference to working within a group. However there will be a premium to pay for this. This may be a preferable option for customers who are already riding and would like to get some direct input to allow them to get to the 'next level' quickly such as mastering going up wind, or performing your first tricks.
Generally group lessons will take precedence over a one to one lesson unless it has already been booked.
Many people are only needing minimal input of no more than 2 hours to allow them to get through a barrier so a One to One lesson can save many hours of trying to work it out for yourself.
